@blackcerberus999 This is the Taurus .357 model 608. I have the same gun only mine has the 4 inch barell. I shot 50 rounds of 38's and then 50 rounds of 357's right after each other and i did not have any problems at all. I only use remington ammo though so it might be the ammo or if you have the same gun ( model 608) there might be something wrong with your gun. Hope it helps.

Nice grouping, I think you have to much finger pull on the trigger. Pull your finger away from the trigger and use more of the tip or pad of your finger. Dont wrap your finger around the trigger. Or you can adjust by aiming slightly to the left of your target.(distance adjustment too) Just some friendly advice. Then again if you have an outside target you might already know. Any complaints about it? ie. weight, accuracy, sticking chamber or trigger? Nice weapon!

Taurus makes a very nice revolver. I own a 608 and it is one of my favorite guns. The ported barrel really reduces the recoil and the trigger action is perfect. This is a very accurate and high quality handgun.

It's a tuarus, so 50/50. Taurus tend to feel cheap to me, but they have a lifetime warranty.

I had one of these a few years ago and i could get 2'' groups at 100 yards, open sights from a bench rest. They are Absolutely great for hunting anything up to the size of a deer at a great distance for a pistol. I also need to note that you dont want to shoot a swamp rabbit with this gun, using wadcutters, it will blow its head clean off. Trust me, i did it from 15 feet away.

@jonasldg A C.O.P. - stands for Compact Off-duty Police. I used to own the .357 version and they can't hit a 2 leter bottle at 20 yards. There's just not enough grip to hold onto and the trigger pull is excruciating. There was enough grip for my middle finger and 1/2 my ring finger. The trigger needed to be pulled at least an inch...and it's very stiff making it one looong inch. I can't imagine it being a good weapon even as a back-up.

Im not sure about the Taurus guns. I saw a barrel blow off a gun here on youtube. Also i know someone with a PT11 that had a chunk shear out of the rail. It was sent to Taurus 2 times and they wouldnt fix it. All they did is reblue the shiney spot where it sheared.

@jondoethegreat Taurus makes as good a quality handgun as anyone. Lifetime warranty. Their mod 92 is made on Berretta machines. Their .357 six shots are a copy of S&W but of a very high quality. The 7 and 8 shot .357 are their own design as is the .22 Hornet and .454 Casull. I would hate to have a fairly decent shot shooting at me with any of the Taurus handguns. Having shot several styles and calibers the Taurus is a very well made weapon. Some are lacking the hand fitting but very decent guns

@Curtisloew88 The barrel is ported, for less recoil. Yes i love the one i have, i have a M605 .357 5 shot compact frame. Its easy to carry, light, and very concealable. I use Hornady 140 gr. flex tip ammo, very accurate, has never let me down
