i have not seen top chef but plan soon to see those type of shows soon . i only watch kitchen nightmares and bourdain and anything to do with food an cultures from other countries and other time periods and of course i love ave betty videos . iv been trying to find a new and improved nitche for myself .. and yes u tube is great and ill be using it very soon to promote the chocolate. and when will apple create a smelly vision device.. :)

no way in hell that the risotto is ready like that, it needs to boil for at least 20 minutes with chicken stock add to it. also little butter, mascarponé and parmesan cheese. also keep sturring that risotto, it will stick too the pan. the chicken marsala looks good. i would add some honey to it, and some dragon instead of parseli. also make ur sauce in the pan you baked the chicken in. for extra flavours.

I have to say that I think Chef John (of Foodwishes)'s version of chicken marsala looks much better (I can just hear Fabio interjecting here that Chef John's version is French-Top Chef reference) though Strawberry Champagne Risotto is inspired. Loved the video. Keep up the good work! :)

Chef John's Chicken Marsala looks delicious-- I think it's funny (and ironic) that Chef John mentions "the flareup" and points out you could lose an eyebrow (doing it Fabio style). I did eat the Chicken Marsala that Fabio prepared and it was some of the best I've had. Maybe Chef John and Fabio need to have a throwdown?! LOL
