I think these viideos should be shown to all Realtors.I feel this is similar to Unionsor to AA,They,once,served a bigger purpose,but as they become accepted into the fabric of society,one is kind of forced into them.There seems to be "unwritten Laws",like,if you become this,then you have to do that,It gets blended in to things,loses its' effectiveness.Various levels of corruption,work their way into the Instution that it has become.Evil,not the way we normally define it,rears its' head.
Never too late,for anything.From this moment onward.Collectively,any "conversation can be transformed.I think you need to educate the Realtors first.I still don't know anyone who isn't a Realtor.I think part of the problem is when we pay all our fees.I wasn't formally told there was a choice,The mls fee,realtor dues,license fee,etc.,are pretty much paid,as a "package deal".I thought the board & MLS,were one & the same.There's a lot of confusion,I think purposely.Also,you left out "Kleenex".
