i love the others in the series, but this one tried to make to many changes causing it to fail to the main fans and succeed to the ones who can't beat the other, better games in the Tales series.

Well, a similar kind of thing. While it's not exactly the same, the Tales series usually has a humongous phoenix aura attack. Celsius Calibur and Ryuuko Metsugazan (also known as Guy's Wyrm Wrath or Reid's Dragon Demon Chaos) own it IMO though. XD!

Wasn't Celsius Calibur based on Soul Edge or whatever from Soul Calibur, The sword is the same, so Namco could have made it a cameo thingie =D

Pretty close. The sword Veigue uses in Celsius Calibur is in fact the Soul Calibur. I think it's pretty cool, personally. XD!

Tales is way underrated in America (as is the Shin Megami Tensei series, another favorite of mine). Dragon Quest is pretty underrated in america too actually, though I hear DQIX did pretty well. It's super crazy popular in japan though as I'm sure you know.

it wouldn't be illegal to get it. First, you'll need to buy a japanese PS2, and copies of whatever games you'll be playing. Then, you'll have to look and/or ask around for someone who can help you through, or you can read a translation FAQ.
