Ok, so it's not the 'show type' Stafford, it's the fitter, leggier type, but it ain't no bandog. I've got a bullmastiff X pit bull terrier (50/50) and he was bigger than that at 20 weeks. Can't fault the training though - and it's still a beautiful dog.Don't listen to the idiot saying feed it up - he/she is in great shape and lovely condition.
@bondservant4Him The pitbull is a pure breed. The term bandogge does not refer to a specific breed or cross. A bandogge is any bulldog mastiff cross. The most common crosses are pitXenglish mastiff and pitXneopolitan mastiff.
Try to find a local dog training club that can guide you through the steps for teaching each exercise. Also, be careful having your young Dogo jump up as it's possible to injure him. And when your friend "teases' him with the toy, reward a strong effort! If you continue to frustrate without reward, some dogs will just give up even trying. good luck!!
