in exactly one of this video series here Lord Owen (!) says in relation to Srebrencia that no single side can be acused alone. Where is "the Srebrenica massacre"? There was no non-military zone" in /around Srebrencia. There was a war and sure some massacres on any side, because (at least) the bosnian/muslim side (with Bin laden support!) killed civilians.
