The shooting happened in broad daylight and had nothing to do with lights being off. But the main speaker's comments are well taken. Violence in Oakland is a BIG problem, and this one incident puts it much more in the face of a segment of society that normally is not affected by the violence.
TURN THE LIGHTS ON!!!! I hate 'public servants' that are stupid, dismissive and ignorant of the People's wants. If you take office, YOU'D BETTER be deeply committed hearing and obeying the People.
