its not like a throw, It huts your arms and shoulder because of the twist and " throw" it hurts your neck because the one making the move is holding your neck around his leg. Basically The play maker is a Twisting neck braker but using your leg instead of your arm and what hurts the " oponent " is hitting the mat /floor while their muscles are all twisted.
