I don't understand why Islam, Christianity and Judaism have so many conflicts. They are all monotheistic religions believing in the One God. Wouldn't it make more sense if the three Abrahamic religions were hateful towards a polytheistic religion like Hinduism, instead of towards each other?

This is less a documentary than it is pro-Islam propaganda. When the host describes Christians and Muslims doing EXACTLY the same things, such as taxing and treating other folk as second-class citizens, it is regarded as a positive thing for Muslims, and negative for Christians. So by that bias, this show has very little use as a historical or educational document.
