@chillincruisin Wit stock pistons it can still handle the same and more... Its about the tune and how u drive it... Even a fully built motor cant take u beating on it ALL the time... My buddy has had 300whp on a stock LS-VTEC for 5 years and went back 2 the dyno this year and made 350 still on the same stock motor!!! More boost at lower comp but less power but safer... higher comp makes more power but not as safe... Sleeves help too, I have stock sleeves...
Yeah, its not that easy. Practicing on the street is pretty useless. It was my 1st time at track running from a dig, 1st time running w/ LSD, 1st time running w/ turbo. And I had street tires w/ over 300whp doesn't = much traction. I have a new video coming soon, Proud Member of the 11 sec crew and still without slicks. When I'm done editing, you'll see.

so without the JE pistons, how much boost could the LS block handle? and how much boost do you think u can run safely with the lower comp pistons?

nice, dude dont listen to what people say, your launch is actually really good. your pulling mid 12s with a mid 11s trap speed. Pluse street tires.
