Okay, guys, let me set this straight :) She can't speak spanish AT ALL. She simply learned these words to sing them in the show. You can even see her glancing down to read them on stage while she's singing...

Yes, she does have some spanish blood in her, but she can only speak english, people. She's said so herself in an interview :)
