They zoom in on a blurry image of an eyeball & say "LOOK, IT'S SHAPED LIKE AN OCTAGON" & it's clearly shaped like a circle. They see what they want to see.
They focus on a tiny video artifact and say "MY GOD, LOOK AT THE TRANSFORMATION" and it's always either an artifact or video tampering.
