It's a basic lack of empathy and ability to emotionally connect with others, and many of us experience this to differing degrees in various ways. Few of us ever truly contemplate the effect that our words and actions have had on others. It is part of the inherent narcissism of the ego.

Excellent! Over the past 6 years that I have know Eliyahu he has expanded his knowledge extensively on this issue so that he can not be ignored and his film cannot be dismissed.
