Luckiest rags to riches story, these guys. Admire the fact that they had the songs to keep going after "Shine" exploded. That song was recorded by the singer (forget his name, sorry) playing and singing all the instruments on his 8 track recorder, his band had broken up. A radio station in Atlanta had a local band contest and he entered "Shine" and it won him a contract and he had to scramble to put the band back together in time to do Woodstock 93. Timing, Luck, TALENT. Sometimes it works.

In todays "rock" culture, if you're not slam-dancing-mosh-pitting head-banging musicians, you get overlooked.
