In that particular clip, Lana is yelling at Clark because she witness him and Chloe kissing earlier in the epi, and she thinks that obviously Chloe and Clark are better friends then her and Clark and she was upset about it, even tho Clark was there with a rose and pizza trying to apologize! She wasnt hearing it! lol! hope this helps! :)
