I was at this orientation, and of all the lectures, yours was the most helpful. I re-signed with my public school for a 2nd year, and now, Feb 2nd, my first day back in 2009, I was already taken into the principals office to ask how long I might stay. Yay you for this lecture FULL of great ideas, and yay me for taking them on board and becoming what seems to be a good, effective, FUN teacher. Thanks!
