It's all about conservatism with your troops. He pokes in to scout a bit to make sure they're not coming at him, then brings his army back where they're safe.

That gameplay only applies to Terran right? (Well probably Toss too) I once heard that Zerg should trade whenever possible. Would these rules still be better for Zerg?

@Northbergh Zerg shouldn't trade whenever possible.. but whenever it makes sense. Throwing away zerglings for a couple zealots doesn't make sense, but throwing away zerglings to kill off some sentries and keep the count low can be a good idea. Would I drop 1 lucky marine from its medivac to eat 2 banelings? Of course. All races should attempt to trade in their favor.. Zerg can just do it on a larger scale and reproduce instantly.

@fartboy2411 Yeah, hellions not that great v toss. The standard play is bio ball and then keep an eye on their tech path. If they go Colossi, go Viking. If they go High Templar, go ghost. Mech play is not really viable v Toss...not till HoTS anyways :)
