It would be faster if you started by force-grabbing both turrets. Make sure you only attack her with your saber, not with any force powers, or the turrets fall and explode.

You did pretty well, though. I have this on PSP, and even though it's mildly dissapointing that it's the same finishers over and over, and that Vader doesn't play the same way he does in Story Mode, this is the best extra in the game, besides Order 66
