Next weekend I am going in peak Tindfjöö that are close to Ejafjallejökull. And thanks to you I vill have very good jerkey that I did to night.
I just got a NESCO dehydrator, and on my first try I used London Broil cut of meat. I could not figure out how many hours, so I left it for 14. It was tasty but kind of dry. Should I try 4 or 7 hours?

Try it for 4 or 5 hours, then sample it. If its not dried out enough, leave it in for longer
