Sorry to inform you guys but, that first climb, if you want to call it such, is known by all real climbing locals in Tulsa, as "dumb-ass ledge", and no one, but no one, exept first-shoe begginners, ever climbs that stupid, loose, ridiculous piece of rock! ha ha
ya it looks preety fun though like you said... havent been able to try out chandler park yet, but im going to this summer, so did you think chandler had some good climbing or what?
@Rockclimber712 yeah it's not bad... for oklahoma. I mean it's hard to find good places to climb in a state with no mountains (or hills for that matter). it has some hard stuff. the rock is really polished but you make due with what you have. I want to get out to some good top roping, that's what i like.
@ugstimmy yeah, oh i know what you mean, i live in Oklahoma to and i absouletly hate it for that reason. Ya me to I love top-roping its my favorite type of climbing
