This is really easy to do. Go to iFile/var/mobile/Applications/­NFS HP/NFSHP iPHONE APP (Or something like that)/(I forgot the name, it's the only folder, and it's at the top.)/cars then copy and paste the car you want (2 files: 1 for description, 1 for actual car). Choose "Rename" on both when you paste. Then delete the old car you want to hack, and rename the extra files of the car you want to the ones you just deleted.

@JJTheJetPlane9856 lol, i can give it a shot. ive made the rest of the racers in hot pursuit into cops aswell, well actually just the ones i thought where needed, thats the benz, the skyline gtr, the zonda, and i made the reventon a full white colour but still a cop. i might try to convert a couple of cars from shift into this not saying it will work but i can give it a shot, oh yeah and i made some prograss turning the cops nos into overdrive, post a new vid later
