Iam here to tell you guys, this:
3DS Max is created for game creating, and only created for that but can be used for other things like films.
Autodesk Maya Is created for Holywood movies and is piched of them, and is the most powerfull 3D Model engine in the whole world.
SharkFilms, how long did this take you? I've been thinking of getting the program myself, but I'd like to know what exactly I'm getting myself into before I buy. How long?

The learning curve is ridicilously high... It takes hell of a lot of practice to do anything realistic with it.
