it sounds exactly like acoustic mxpx w/o Tom and Yuri, Mike's voice is great for mxpx but I am not a huge fan as far as his solo work. They need to get The Cootees back together or Arthur those bands rocked.

I hate to say it but I kind of agree with you. The Tumbledown stuff just doesn't feel as authentic. This song is purdy though. I mean, don't get me wrong, I really love MxPx and am more than happy to support and advocate for all other ventures by these guys, but, yeah, Tumble is hit and/or miss. Again, I really do like this particular song.

Not sure how it went down, but he was a last-minute addition to the lineup. He's a very stand-up guy who does good things in the community, and I believe it was "billed" (i.e.: posted on myspace) as under his name.
