I think everyone assumes its meant to mean the laugh lines and wrinkles you get as you grow old and gain experiences. I actually like that she used the tattooed face to show us another perspective, another way someone could translate it. As soon as I saw that image with those words I was like " Wow..That would hold meaning to someone with tattoos on their face.." The best example would be the man who's image she used. I'm sure all the lines on his face are meaningful

Instead of downplaying the fact that the poster was so open minded about the way that particular line could be deciphered, maybe try to open up a bit and see that the most common meaning of lyrics or poems, and even the original way its meant to be intrepetted by the writer, are not the ONLY way it can be taken, and it will mean something different to several people. I'm thankful the poster demonstrated that, and showed me another kind of interpretation.
