My friend and I out on the 8th floor deck July 8th 2010 (NO GLASS IN FRONT OF US tomerasmussen) at about 10:00pm. At the time there were many people still out on thier decks and we could talk and hear each other. Out of Elliot bay comes a Object just like this video. Orange. At this point everyone is yelling "Do you see what I'm seeing". Seconds later another one comes out of the water, than another than another. 4 in all, hovering over the water, moved south towards boeing and gone in seconds.

Laser point on the window that the camera is shooting through. You can see its frequency. With a little math you could prove it be determining how long the CCD collects for one frame, then measure the bumps (pulses) you see, and that will tell you the lights frequency. Ever held an LED in front of you and moved it back and forth? Its not a solid light, its pulsing. Second, if you watch what looks like far shore, you can see its source reflected in the window as well. Nice gag... Bad for science.

I think there is quite a bit of information to think about. The amount of engery coming from this object has to be imense. Other types of lighting coming from aircraft are not nearly this birght. I take photography all the time I can say for certain, this is unusal to say the least. Pluse the way it lights up such a large are of water below in the other footage confirms this high enery. Remember, it's not alway a "solid" object you need to see to know something strange is going on.....Not bad
