Cheerleading is part athletics and part theatrics. Just as in a live stage play, the girls wear make-up this is very dramatic to emphasize their features. Remember that the judges and spectators are usually quite a distance away. Interestingly, the trend is going back to street makeup for competitions. Thanks for asking! Yep!
