i prefer a tarp, and hammock, ligher, and gets you off the ground.

never been a big fan of camp stoves, there great, but all you really need to bring with you is a billy can, a small grill grate, some tin foil, and a bic.

I always have my 3 knives on me too, a ground clearer/machette, a general purpose knife, and a fillet/skinning knife.

I also like to go where i can hunt/trap/fish too, so that brings a whole slew of added stuff i need
