"Top notch" is an expression, it means something is really good/the best.

And yeah, the song CHOICE was good- i'm just not sure if I like it. It started out a bit Crowbar-ish and then went on to sound like a completely unknown style of metal. Just not really my thing.

Yeah I choose the Song Cross Of Hatred because of the swastika. But much important was the song on itself. First the soldiers have done everything what theyve been told, but from time to time they realised what Hitler has done.
