You can't just throw 2.0 or beta on a logo and call it a redesign.

BUT there are some gems in here - MasterCard, NFL, Coca-Cola, and Audi.

90% of those sucked because they either were the same logo with 'beta' on it or were the silly 'letters' removed ones.

The best were the subtle re-colour of the Coke logo which really worked and the re-work of the Cisco logo.

Some are quite impressive but many are examples of hackneyed techniques such as the removal of vowels and use of all lowercase, rounded fonts.
