  • Awesome video just the fact that maybe there are more infinitys is awesome i can,t even imagine that think about it for too long and your head starts to hurt. I have a question is it possible that there are more dimensions than 10 and could it be possible to travel between them?I just love imagining the tech that could do that and all the things we could discover and learn there.

  • Dude, you blew my mind, but it was super fun watching this, it followed the logic which should of allowed it to continue, but ultimately proves it can't continue, it's like "WOAH"

  • And to think after watching this we still know relatively NOTHING about the universe?

  • Screw this!

    I'm gonna watch porn.

  • There can be infinite dimensions. We only can imagine ten because this is as far our imagination goes. there are quantum leaps between one dim to another. those leaps appear to us as subatomic particles. See Isaac Asimov's "The Gods Themselves"

  • dammit i hate those shaky animations

  • i dont see greek subtitles...............

  • my brain is full of fuck

  • My brain just exploded.

  • omg... the ending of men in black was right!

  • Lost me on the Balloon part.

  • Bravo ;) (bravo) :P

  • I feel dizzy right now :P

  • poli kalo, nice job!

  • What if there is a thing called the 11th dimension which is a concept or maybe even a universe that our minds COULDN'T possibly ever concieve? But the thought of that would make it in the 10th dimension because it is possible...

    So it's just a stalemate. -o-

  • I got distracted by the yummy juicy jack in the box ad. mmmmmmmmmmm

  • Hi, again. Exactly to this video I have made the BG subtitles.

If possible I could send to you the .srt file to upload it.

  • all we know is all we are...you think you know but you really dont

  • I actually get it.

    wow.

  • i enjoyed watching this again. do disagree with the logic that got us to this theory. it's all possible on paper. but as a star trek fan, we can dream. the dream of walking across the universe as if across the room, to dare to become god like. as for me, to dream is just as good. so i say to all of you who watch this as i did. "keep looking up"

  • Read "Flatland" by Edwin A. Abbott

  • I think half of my brain just imploded...

As soulsniper7 said, "That is a lot to comprehend." -I agree

  • if you sit and consider really seriously this video ,you are gonna end completelly insane..

  • This video has been selected by our channel as one of the best videos on YouTube and was added to the channel's playlist, accordignly. Thanks for sharing.

  • please, see this : dimensions-math[dot]org it's an animated walkthrough higher spatial dimensions.

btw the first 10 dimensions are spatial and the last is temporal, so there is a flaw in your theory.

    1epi

  • you can download all of them from here : beta.legaltorrents[dot]com/torrents/206-dimensions---a-walk-through-mathematics

  • Don't know how to say this but the string theory says that there are 10 SPACIAL dimensions and 1 TIME dimension.

Sorry to say this, but I don't agree with this explanation.

    1epi,begood,The -e^(i*pi),_haxxor_.

  • Yes, that's what this video is saying as well - these additional dimensions are SPATIAL dimensions, and time is not a dimension, it's a direction. You might want to watch Hypercubes and Plato's Cave

    watch?v=uP_d14zi8jk

or Aren't There Really 11 Dimensions?

    watch?v=UfhOBevrN2U

    for more about this.

    Thanks for writing!

  • I'm so sorry, but this video describes the 4-th dimension as a temporal one. We are not a 3-spatial +1temporal=>4 dimensional creature, we are a 10 dimensional +1 temporal creature, the temporal dimension is just one, not 7 (temporal) dimensions as described here.

  • For us, "time" is one of the two possible directions in the fourth spatial dimension. That is the unique supposition of this project. The other videos I recommended to you explain this in more detail.

Visualizing the dimensions in this way allows us to incorporate Everett's Many Worlds Interpretation, and how there could be parallel universe versions of our own universe that are just as real as our own but inaccessible to us. Watch Elvis and the Electrons for more:

    Thanks!

  • thats alot to comprehend

  • My presence on the planet here and now, is the result of the "sthraight" line the universe did go in the 4 dimensions.

    In the 5 dimensions I'm a point.

That means that in the 6 dimensions are all the possible events could ever happen in the universe, at all possible times.

That means, that in the 6th dimension maybe I was borned, or maybe not. Am I right?

  • Yes, exactly right. Which also means that someone could use the 6th dimension to jump to a different version of the fifth, fourth, third, second, and first dimension where maybe you were born and maybe not. It's important to remember that the lower dimensions are connected to the higher ones, and that's how there could be other universes that are just as physically real as our own, but inaccessible to us from down here in spacetime.

  • Θυμηθείτε να ΕΝΕΡΓΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΤΕ τους υποτίτλους στα ελληνικά πατώντας το διακόπτη "captions" δεξιά κάτω στο βίντεο....

  • arent the other dimensions past the 4th, nearly invisible micoscopic points in space? No offence, but this seems wrong.

  • Our experience of reality is not continuous, it's divided into planck units. This is why the fifth dimension and above, from our perspective, seems to be "curled up at the planck length" as string theorists like to say. I've talked about this in videos like

    The Holographic Universe

    and

    Aren't There Really Eleven Dimensions?

  • Thank you sir....AWSOME!!

  • What do the pictures at 7:26 represent?

  • Yeah, I'd like to know what the inspiration for those icons representing the 'possible endings' were too. They look intriguingly specific to just be random - like that building shaped one with the six little windows on it.

  • That's a good question! Ultimately, I believe that the universe ends in enfolded symmetry, the same state it was in "before" the breaking of symmetry and the big bang. But when I created these graphics I was trying to show other people's proposed endings. From bottom left, clockwise: nothingness, the Big Crunch, heat death, a nebulous quantum potential, infinite expansion, the big splat (branes re-colliding), and a cyclical rebirth such as we see in very distant Hubble images.

    Thanks!

    Rob

  • Grate so that means that there is a parallel existence where i never worked as a drywaller, and made it in the world of high society.

  • make an spanish subtitle please

  • Well It still in the Manuscript stage ,I'm still wondering what direction to go with publishing and illustration.

  • The Video Inspired my first Book and I imagined Robs voice for one of the main characters,

  • Hey, cool! I've often used the same technique for writing songs - imagining someone else's voice that I'm familiar with singing it changes the way I write the song. Where can I buy a copy of this book?

    Rob

  • AWESOME!!
