All umpires in the world would have given that not out in real time. Reason that Wasim was bowling from around the stumps and the original path of the ball would have taken it way outside the stumps.

Honestly, any umpire couldn't digest the fact that a ball can swing so much. Wasim is a true genius. In all respects, the sultan of swing. :)

I think it's out but in fairness all the umpire would have seen out in the middle is the ball swinging way towards leg and then a couple of inches before striking the pad suddenly and unexpectedly straightening and he would have been thinking (with only a split second to make up his mind) 'did it straighten enough to hit leg' and if he had any doubt as he prolly did he had no choice but to say not out.
