At first I was a tad depressed with this news, until I saw him action as Sin Cara. In my opinion, Hunico-SinCara is a lot better in the ring than Mistico-SinCara.

This is probably a good decision in the long run. Mistico caused too much trouble backstage.

Nothing they have done in many years is worthy of getting praised. But the way WWE is doing it is the best way. It's gotten them far more buzz at that.

How about the shoot-style backstage segments? Lethal Lockdown? Best of 5 between BM and MCMG? I don't know if this is one, as I haven't seen it yet, but the new..

You see, there's plenty. Its just that people who call themselves wrestling "fans" turn a blind eye to all this and only look at the negatives such as the storylines that are similar to WCW. Even the Top 10 rankings from last year was original (although the smarks voted the same person).

This is the problem with a lot of fans. If it was done once, years ago, even if the idea never made it big, and then someone else does it today, its classed as not being original. Keep in mind it was 7 years ago, and keep in mind that most people probably don't remember it, and it was most likely different. I agree that their booking isn't exactly outstanding, but lets face it, no matter what they do, they won't be able to please everybody.

Slightly disagree about Punk.

WWE was able to capture the excitement he built by making him champion. Having him drop the belt a month later sort of defeats the purpose of everything he won it for to begin with. Remember that his promo came across as the beginning of the end of Cena's hand over WWE.

I don't think long time model to build on that idea is to have Punk feud with the Game while Cena sits comfortably on top.

Man. this little minutte with the New Age Outlaws shows exactly what's missing in todays pro wrestling: Real personality allowed to shine. Todays wrestlers look like unproffessional daytime soapopera B-actors compared to the chemistry between these two guys. Less scripting and more freedom to the experienced wrestlers would make for a more fun and engaging product! The guy has been given the ball time & time again (Multiple NWA World Title reigns + longest reigning TNA World Champion in history) & simply put does not cut it. He doesn't have the best look, he is not a good promo plus he lacks personailty & charisma. AJ Styles is a upper midcard guy who can be drafted in from time to time into the Main Events but he is definitely not "the guy" - lets just face facts.

They NEED to take this storyline (Punk/HHH/Cena) to the next level, if HHH screws Punk and Cena moves on to ADR, all the steam is almost lost. So what they need to do is create even MORE steam, and how do they do that? By TURNING CENA HEEL. I know they probably won't, but that's the only way they can turn this up a notch and bring it up to the next level. WWE would do this the smart way, or they can do the rout David chose, which is what alot are expecting, but the steam goes away IMO.

Yeah, that's somewhat true. Tomko was useless on the mic, but looked intimadating, Christian was gold as the smartass with the muscle-sidekick IMO. But these days wrestlers freedom is just so very limited. Christian is one of the wrestlers who WWE would benefit from giving more freedom. He could easilly increase his stock if WWE would loosen up a little.
