@onlyAaliyah I don't think you're even trying to listen to the song, but instead automatically hating on everything he creates, just because he is robby williams. I listened to parabol and unfinished sympathy, and if you put aside who is performing a song, they have poorly thought melodies and not performed very well also. Yes i agree they have a message to say, but if everything else is lacking, that is hard to grasp. I think music should accompany the lyrics, not just be a boring side effect.

The best thing to come out of the 1990s was that ambient beat. I first heard it in 1989/90 with bands like The Orb and the last time I heard it properly behind a song was this one, Porcelain, in '99. After that it just seemed to disappear. Or maybe I moved on - I don't know.
