some people just naturally put more emphasis on heel first, as oposed to mid foot or fore-foot first. I had this problem and got a Hyprocure surgery to fix my hyperpronation about a year ago and I'm doing very well.
@powderski11 That's not true. I have seen countless videos of native barefoot cultures where people walk heel first. And around here were plenty of people have gone barefoot since childhood, they walk heel first as well. I don't know about running,I think ball of foot first is more efficient, but walking heel first is more natural.

nope. heel striking is not natural. walk / run barefoot youll understand
