AND THEY DONT WANT TO REPLACE. TOLD ME THE WARRANTY WAS TO BE CLAIMED ONLINE, AND I HAVE TO SHOULDER THE SHIPPING. WHEN I HAD IT INSTALLED I WAS TOLD IT HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY AND WILL JUST HAVE TO BRING IT IN FOR REPLACEMENT. IT'S SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT. I FEEL CHEATED BY FALSE ADS.

the warranty is through zagg. I just recently had my HTC Thunderbolt break and needed a replacement of my zagg. All you need to do is go to zagg's website and register your product and they will replace it without a problem. Sorry the people at the mall lied to you.

It makes me LOL that people think this is the real customer. Obviously its a demo of the testimonial they received. It's not filmed in Houston, it's filmed in Salt Lake (where ZAGG is) and if you've ever driven in Utah it's not unlikely to be passed on the freeway even if you're doing 70+. And the camera angle is courtesy of the giant ZAGG bus they have that was probably next to the guy and filming it.
