There are many different sports that have been called 'football' for ages (Soccer, Rugby, Grid Iron/American Football, Canadian Football, Australian Rules Football, Gaelic Football). Whatever is the most popular type of football in a given country or region is called 'Football' and all the other sports have to go by their alternative name. Just because soccer is the most popular sport doesn't mean everyone else should stop calling their games 'football'. IMO, yanks can say soccer if they want.

There are many different sports that have been called 'football' for ages (Soccer, Rugby, Grid Iron/American Football, Canadian Football, Australian Rules Football, Gaelic Football). Whatever is the most popular type of football in a given country or region is called 'Football' and all the other sports have to go by their alternative name. Robert Green's missed save was just a stupid game. I'm all for arguing sports, but that's a dick move demoralizing the thousands of innocent lives that were lost that day. Think about it but before you say it next time buddy. And I don't even watch American Football. I don't call it soccer...

That's just not funny people died that day.They were burned suffocated.One of my best friends died in the twin towers that day.Get some class.
