Wow you tell that all the people doing the voices in cut scene where all from japan. They probably some of the programmers that worked on the game. You would think that with the time in effort it took to make the game they could have sprung for decent voice acting just to complete the whole experience. I do have to admit that what little I herd of the script sounded awful and like it was thrown together at the end of production of the game.

I can understand why Mega Man might sound like a child, but not why everyone (including the human characters) have to speak softly without even the slightest hint of emotion. This is the voice acting equivalent of white bread, only without the saving grace that is peanut butter and jelly.

The idea of 10 or the X episode will be how the hell they will connect the story of rockman(future X) and The Red Guy(dont know the name but future Zero) to Sigma, how will Dr light die, what will happen to roll and more....

Rock and X are different robots created by the same Dr. Light, X was only activated for the first time by Dr. Cain in the future. Protoman/Blues isn't Zero either.

X4 and X5 hint that Wily created Zero. Hell, the Zero virus stages in X5 had a big W in every boss rooms. Sigma was just a Maverick Hunter turned Maverick.

The only thing really disconnecting both series is what happened to the original characters, Light could have died of age, but the robots, not so.

Altho one of Zero's flashback in X4 showed a bunch of corpses that look a bit like the original cast making me think that Wily actually activated Zero and had him kill them, that's just speculation though and I couldn't really care less about all this.

I just play Megaman games because they're fun and all.
