This doesn't make sense because Batista lately gave a large interview in which he said that he is training for a mma carrer. That he want to be a respected true fighter (mma) and that he likes mma sport and likes to be a part of it. He said that he is happy that he has not anymore the stress of all the travelling with the WWE. And so on.

Apart of that he isn't anymore in the WWE Superstars lists (for example Rey M. has a bad angle and vacation but is in it)

what is your source? Batista said in a recent interview that he wants to be a MMA-Fighter and that he is happy that he doesn't have to travel so much like in the Wrestling buisness. He said that he doesn't like the current development of the wwe, the whole PG, so I don't think that Mr. McMahon likes to hear such things from his stars. Also Batista isn't in the wwe superstars list anymore. And untill WM27 the timeout would be to long. I'm sure he doesn't work for WWE anymore (sadly).
