I esp appreciated the info about not blaming anyone and that by sending blessings & love to the narcissists (without being involved with them), we could do some changes in their lives. I loved hearing that we are far more powerful than any narcissistic in our lives, so we should not allow them to doubt ourselves or become victimized.
what if you in a situation where you cannot get away easily from a person who is dumping on you?? Any mind tricks to do?
