  • Dont fuckin shout now XD @1:06 hahah oh lennon...

  • not like the isley brothers.

  • BEATLES!YEAH!

  • This song gets me so energetic whenever I hear it! I LOVE THE BEATLES so stinking much!!!!!! There music makes me do happy and emotional! Strawberry fields forever! SHOUT!

  • Not their best cover song...

  • This does not sound like the beatles at all!

  • @lifelovebeatles It is actually them.

  • Otis Day and The Knights performed my favorite version of this

  • This is a terrible cover. I don't think anyone can top the Isley Brothers version. This was a terrible attempt. Just my two cents. And I know some Beatles fans might try to say I'm wrong but who fucking cares right?

  • @deferpayment ............

  • How could i never know THe Beatles did a cover They're the best!

  • [iminent=7dsmzlR59l2]

  • it doesn't sound like the beatles at all.... who ever uploaded this video is stupid.

  • @roxy9354115 this is the beatles, theres even a video of them singing it live

  • @roxy9354115 thats Paul's voice. You're dumb lol

  • cdfvgbhnjmk,lbtgvueonwlxemfcuoi

    they are so FREAKING TALENTED!!!!

  • this song lacks all the soul from the version the isley brothers did. its like someone sucked the energy and juice out of this version. white people cant sing like black folk ! isley brothers <3

  • Lol all of them sang a different verse

  • or are all three of them singing different verses?!?! AAAH ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY LOL.

  • @rissygirly22 You know you make me wanna shout etc - Paul

A little bit softer now - George

A little bit louder now - Ringo

Hey hey hey hey - Paul

Something something shout now (can't really tell what he was saying) - John

Does that help you a little bit ? :D

  • @rissygirly22 Shout, jump up and shout it now - John (I found out what it said haha :D )

  • or wait is this george singing?!?! i can't tell. it sounds like George. but at the same time i can't help but to feel that either Paul or John sang this.

  • @rissygirly22 All four of them sang a bit ;D

  • this is really awesome. the beatles are the only band i know who can cover a song and still sound amazing. but to be honest i prefer the isley brothers version. but im a bealtes girl. this is a really amazing cover. i love it. who is singing? is it john? or Paul? i can't tell.

  • My first listen to this version... it's like they're taking baby steps here. It sounds a bit awkward. No dis to who they ultimately became, but this isn't "The Beatles" just yet. I'm so glad they stopped imitating other artists/bands (Hank Williams' "Act Naturally", the various Motown covers, "Chains" by the Cookies, etc.) and started writing their own songs.

  • My favourite version :)

  • OH MY GOD THIS IS GOLD WHERE DID YOU FIND THIS?!

  • this is weak compared to the Isley Brothers original version.

  • Not as good as Otis Day and the Knights, but still pretty good :)

  • wow this is in ok song i gess

  • I wish they did the entire song because this sounds really awesome.

  • Remembering O'Kelly Isley today. Left us to enter heaven's choir, March 31st, 1986.

  • Huh, I had no idea British people could do that...

  • Its "Shout". Not "You Make Me Wanna Shout"

  • FINALLY!!!! :D:D

  • no not black enough if u know what i mean

  • @NiclasBergforsowns18 little richard?

  • As much as i love the beatles, nobody can sing this song better than the Isley Brothers.

  • @YourAsianMusic definately

  • esos no son los beatles

  • Janis Joplin is best with this song :D

  • @LittleBigLowe She never sung this song man

  • @fishfoodlad Yeah she did sing it! You can find it on here if you look it up dude!

  • LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!!!!!!

  • The Beatles must have liked the Isley Brothers a lot because they based their version of "Twist and Shout" on the Isley Bros. version of that song too. If you ever heard the original "Twist and Shout"by the TopNotes, it sounded nothing like any other you've heard.

  • m y brother says i sing this song when i meet a girl i like

  • the beatles make me wanna SHOUT

  • Actually, the original of this song was sung by Little Richard.

  • @iiFrenchFrii Sorry, the original is by The Isley Brothers.

  • @HeatherRawriee I thought The Isley Brothers did a cover of this song?

  • @iiFrenchFrii No, the Isley Brothers did the original, Little Richard covered it. To be fair, this song has been covered that many times, it's hard to remember who was the first x)

  • @iiFrenchFrii they did. they coverd the Top Notes' version (1962?) in about '63, then the Beatles coverd it in '64.

  • @iiFrenchFrii The post that has Little Richard's name was false. It is the Isley Brothers. They wrote the song and it hit in 1959. Little Richard never recorded the song.

  • this is toooooooo short

  • The Beatles borrowed the song from the Isley Brothers, added a Twist to it, then the Isley Brothers took it back.

  • A little bit LOUDER NOW!!!!!

    - Beatles rocked the world!! xD

  • The fact that exists makes me SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY.

  • 1:04

  • Bloody jump now! Bloody shout now!

  • Check out a gospel choir version: search

"shout gospel choir" and find the version by the Gospel Choir of the Cascades. It rocks!

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

  • nothing beats original!!!!!!!! but the beatles were pretty good to. but it sounds empty.

  • Lol this song has no soul or power. ! Little Richards wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! Better!!!! Lol

  • This is little Richards song! Not the beetles or Isley brothers ! It's little Richards!! Damn!

  • That band lulu or summin, that is the best version of this song...

  • This song has no power. At all.

  • @verlox

    Ikr?

  • this song isnt by the beatles.

  • @ikeeln00bz no but they covered it

  • like this song!

  • @jjaakkzz

No he wasnt, the Isley Brothers originally recorded it.

  • Isley Brothers originally in 1959, but Beatles definetly did some justice with this rendition, see nothing wrong

  • the temptations origanally did it.

  • @iguessimbored98

    Nope, Isley Brothers.

  • little richard id the original singer of this song guys!

is this actually the beatles....dont think so!?

  • isnt lil richard the origional??

  • the best version was made by the isley brothers, the original, one of the best songs of soul to my taste,it's only my opinion

  • first paul

    then john

    then george

    omg i love it!!that kicks ass :D!

  • The original versione is from Little Richard: watch?v=mLbK_NWQ9fA

  • @ligoriky - - Nah, the song was written by and originally released in 1959 by the Isley Brothers.

  • john...and george...this could have been a clean song. but NOOOO!!! "DONT EFFING SHOUT NOW! DON"T EFFING SHOUT NOW! BLOODY SHOUT NOW!" anybody else catch that? but the song's just soo catchy

  • That's John shouting 'fucking shout now' 3 times! very radical for early 60's for it to actually be recorded and mimed to on tv on one occassion

  • @Korwia I believe its Jump up and Shout now..

  • George is SOOOO hot here

  • So where's the better (oops *cough*) I mean original version? Not that I don't like the B's, cause I do, it's just that this version is cute when I much prefer the soulful version. I mean I want the song to make me shout!!

  • AAAA the beatles

  • i think teh isley brothers or temptations are a million better but i like the beatles so 4*

  • Is this as long as it gets?

  • i love this song love the way john say "take it easy" i sang that part of the song all school day long, and my friends got annoyed (or how ever you spell that)

    (i'm 11)

  • I love their version of this song as a matter of fact. I think it's very energetic and lively, just the way it should be. <3 The Beatles forever.

  • i loike this song but want the oreganol

  • original*

  • uhhhhhhhhhhh

  • LMFAO!

  • Yes The Isely Brothers did this song first

  • no they did not dumbass as u can see the beatles are older.

  • Uhh, this song came out in 1959, the beatles formed in 1960. The Isley Brothers made the original.

  • @Arderjsz565 and on the beatles discography torrent.

  • search for discographies on torrent

  • sry, but i don't know that ..

  • yes they made the original :)

  • @bamshock yeah

  • @bamshock yeah it was the isley brothers

  • Yes The Isley brothers originally did this as well as Twist and Shout

  • The Isley Brothers did write and record "Shout" first. But "Twist & Shout was originally done by the Top Notes. But the Beatles and everyone else copies the Isley version of Twist & Shout. Look up the original Top Notes and you will see that Isleys totally changed the song.

  • @luckyclovergirl617 - Yes, you're right. The Isley brothers were the ones who originally did this.
