The reason there is no nav is because the screen legally needs to be a certain height to be allowed to have it, but I dont know why anyone would want nav build in when you can get one for only a few hundred bucks that you can use between different cars.

Now im an Aussie who was interested in the reviews in the 'States about our Holden, and until this video, USA loves this car. And whats the go with the reviewer taking 20 seconds to tell us about the exterior details?? The glove box door on my 530i BMW moves when you push it just like it does on this Pontiac when the reviewer pushes on it. I suppose in my BMW its German engineering and in this Pontiac its poor quality. Stupid weenie reviewer! All these car reviewers should own a couple of German cars for a while before they praise the supposed superior quality. German cars drive great but they live in the repair shop. People need to give Pontiac some credit for building a totally awesome and solid car.

This review is horrible. The idiot reviewer makes no mention of the 6.2 liter engine, Brembo front brakes, independent rear suspension, superior handling or great tires. All he cares about is that there is no nav system and he doesn't like the glove box door. The reviewer is definitely not a "car" guy and probably should be reviewing wallpaper colors or something similar. Get a reviewer who knows something about cars.

The naysayers on this board have never driven a G8 with a V-8 engine under the hood. The Pontiac G8 is simply a great, great automobile. It's a real car that even has a real backseat. These import pussies that bash this car would brag to their buddies about how sweet the G8 is if they ever test drove one. The GT version with 361 HP is actually the best value.....no other sedan sold in America can perform like that car for 30 grand or less. Period.

Slap the BMW logo on this car, and after a test-drive guys like yourself would rave about what a great car it is, AND YOU KNOW IT. The suspension on the G8 is fabulous and it handles turns very, very well. Your very biased attitude towards this car is what's really junk around here. And the G8 is a specialty car for Pontiac, it was never meant to save the co.

Haha my lease on my Bmw was up two year's ago and the two years we had it had to have the ECU replaced TWO times! The tech at the Bmw severice department said him self Bmw's are know for having faulty ECU's and electrical wireing. Now i leased a 07 Nissan Altima 3.5SE and have NEVER had a problem with it, also got a project car 97 Nissan Altima the engines got 280K+ on it and still runs strong and dont burn any oil at all,

I love nissan, had an infiniti fx with a vq35, so i liked the altima it wasgreat but the torque steer renders all that power useless,especially on twisty semi bumpy roads. and yes that pontiac you drove was a pos, this is a completely different chassis and actually outgrips, out accelerates, outhandles any car in its class. If you value driving, this trumps the feel of the a.c vent

You mention torque, my 07 Altima has NO torque steer, and the handeling is one of the best in it's class, and im sticking to Nissan/Infiniti, when my lease is up in a few months, im saying hello to the Infiniti FX50, gotta love my parents!
