  • You do Burpees different than I remember. We used to have to do them in Gymanstics when I was a kid, but we didn't have the push-up in the middle. It was jump up, squat, plank positon, squat, jump up.

    It's funny I forgot all about those for exercise, I actually used to like doing them too!

  • AMRAP workouts re extremely good for pulse training. What I like this one is the combination between high pulse workout and core strenght training in the half-squads. However, I do think you could incorporate some sort of crunches into the exercise. Personally I would feel that the workout would become more complete.

  • I agree with you about putting ourselves out of our comfort zone and I love your videos but I have to say that for some reason the one leg squats make my knees hurt really badly afterwards. I started doing them and I had to stop working out all together for a while. I really don't know why my knees do that...
