@er10b Didn't you know that you can put your music in GTA 3 and make a radio station which plays your songs? Just go to user tracks in gta 3 folder and copy your mp3 songs there.

You're probably still doing the second island missions. Complete all of them and unlock the final third island I think.

it was so easy to drive in this game up to SA but they fucked it up in gta 4. you slide when you're barely going ten miles per hour

GTA SA music was because I was bored and found the music funny. Also it was raining in GTA III so it fit in.

The guns? You mean the icons? They don't look like GTA VC colorful weapon icons that I like so I don't see why guns are GTAVC.

Funny because you're right. One part of the GTA III map is in GTA SA, that one mission where you goto St. Marks to kill someone, but the game in the vid is GTA III lol.
