I was a kid and they filmed scenes across the street from my bedroom window where a completely naked beautiful woman runs outside to the sidewalk. Other people on the sidewalk were extras but the people in the strip mall next door were just people from the strip mall and not knowing what the scene would be. I remember thinking 'are they allowed to do that?' It was awesome. I never saw the movie and didn't see the location in this clip, anyone know if it made it into the film or who the lady was

This was the stuff. Sooo many memories. Great movie..for that time period. The 80s were all about dreams, setting goals, making friends...and this song by Irene Cara hit the nail on the head (The Dream) I have this movie on DVD and once in awhile my kids and I watch it, they laugh the fashion.

I remember seeing this at the theater. The Star Wars like beginning showing the undercarriage of the cab while it was driving. Just another in a line of fun feel good 80"s movies. I had a lot of fun back then...I do miss those days. Time does fly my friends.

I loved this movie when I saw it in my freshman year of high school. I was so sorry to hear about Charlie Barnett. That brother was funny as hell. He could have been so much bigger. His guest spots on Miami Vice were hilarious.

This movie was played in the theaters in the Philippines twice! Although it had a huge cast, Mr. T was the most recognizable star. Because Mr. T was so famous among Philippine moviegoers, the movie was re-released there inder the title "Mr. T and Company" in late 1988...five years after its initial showing!

As was previously stated, this was an awesome movie. Filmed in 1982 in Washington, DC & Hollywood. The set of the movie has staged in my neighborhood (Shaw/LeDroit Park) numerous times, and I've see the taping of several memorable movie scenes. That was a treat. My older brother marched with the Cardozo High School Marching Band at the end of the movie. Damn, the memories!!!!!!!!!
