  • Yo my people sold blow from early 90's to 2002 Patriot Act

  • Nah uh with songs like this Nas is not affiliated with no damn "New World Order" Illuminati b/s. I believe the FEDS are trying to take over not the people making records like this. Idk bout Jay-Z but NAS, this man deserves way more credit then he'll ever get. This is revolutionary music!!!!!!!

  • @teresaSOlovely i agree 100 percent on everything you just said

  • nas= real fuckin talk

  • Thank you God's Son.

  • THANK YOU BASED GOD

  • I think you got this line wrong, "It wasn't no ghetto CHEMISTS who mixed up the coke an put guns in our buildings" Chemists, not killers.

  • @MarsHabitat nahh b yous wrong look it up

  • another classic how can anyone not acknowledge he is the g.o.a.t

  • A Message To Kanye West - Don't end a track with a recycled lyric. Funny how "Otisville" showed up in this Nas joint. He really is Nastradamus. #MayYourPainBeChampagne

  • Dunno why ppl hate on this album, this is where he turned into introspective/revolutionary Nas. One of the GOATS, hands down.

  • @djayee Probably cause of "The Last Supper" picture & alot of biblical/Christianity references. I love it though.

  • @worthlessburger7 Well, they need to get over that shit.

  • @djayee Right. I was thinking the same thing. I hate when people let personal lives & opinions get involved w/ liking an album, song or artist.

  • Whats good Youtube? Nas inspires me and is one of my #1 rappers!

    ►CarmaMusic - Acoustic Rapper◄ Something different; guitar + rap.

    Appreciate any comments etc.

  • @DshankumMusic thug mansion if you don't already know that one, the one with nas and tupac.. That's an obvious one though. I'm not sure if you know that one..

  • @OMGITSDRJESUS Yeah i've heard that, one of my favourite songs.

  • Wish Nas and Cham would do a song together. Maybe they don't rap about the same subjects exactly, but both best with the word play

  • It's HEAVY!!

  • Killuminati

  • Sick...

  • "You devils will run back into the caves you came from whenever that day comes, forthy acres, plantations, SEE EVERY RACE RUN!" LOL Nas said the truth right there.

  • CIA KILLA FED KILLA *ALMIGHTY LATIN KING & QUEEN NATION*

  • NAS - one of the biggest in this game .

  • CRAZY Mindblowing !! :))

  • he knows who esau is

    TELL ME IF YOU DO

  • he makes my head explode

  • I like how Nas says: This is prophecy, God is with us.

Then says: I walk the block like whatever God.

That right there is subliminal messages to tell you to do wrong. But Nas is correct God is with us and what you choose to do with that will reflect who you are.

  • @Sun6Tzu

    No

Nas is a five percenter, and they believe that the black man is the original man and/or "god"...so when he says "god" its almost slang like saying "dog" or "bro"....they believe the Supreme Being is Allah and his presence is inside all of us and we were made to eventually defeat the beast (devils), & the system that enslaves us...it borrows some of the scientific knowledge of the Moors to establish their ideas, but no hes not blaspheming and hes not a muslim

    Look up Godbody or 5%er

  • @RKG5A5 Their leader was assassinated. Anytime a leader of a belief group is killed or had life attempts while still believing the belief. It's usually because their belief is dangerous for others. Which means, it's power.

    Moses

    Jesus

    Muhammad

All living proof of knowing how to gain power. Power is the only thing needed to survive. Not a guide book, not a prayer, not a lie, not a attack. Nothing else is required to survive than power. I respect everyone who enforces power for the pple.

  • @Sun6Tzu

umm what the hell did that have to do with anything i said? lol

  • @RKG5A5 The original 5% Nation leader was assassinated in the same manner as MLK or Malcom X. All the prophets I mentioned all had attempts on their life, and you know what happened to Jesus.

  • @Sun6Tzu

yeah i know that, but you said Nas had a subliminal message originally and thats not true...

  • @RKG5A5 The original version has a intro where Nas says:

"This is prophecy, God is with us."

His first line right after is:

"I walk the block like whatever God, my message to ya'll feds."

A contradiction and a direct order of free will against God. If Nas really is a 5% believer, is he really saying whatever to himself? Either way, it's a message to encourage wrong for the listener who would vibe into Nas's feelings and lyrics.

  • @Sun6Tzu

fool when he says "whatever god" its like hes talking to the listener or another god other than himself...its almost like saying "whatever nigga" you're not talkin to yourself...damn its really not this complicated..and man if their that slow they wouldn't be listening to him anyway, most of Nas's listeners are smart and inquisitive

  • @RKG5A5 Nas's listeners are like the majority of hip hop fans. Only caring about money, pussy and materialistic things. Nas doesn't encourage a unity of people. Clarence 13X taught and gave people power. Nas doesn't do any of this. He's selfish and only cares about himself.

  • @Sun6Tzu

    "whatever god"

  • @RKG5A5 "my message to ya'll in breds, who desperate to test us prevalent god said. Negro homies been lynched, chopped rocks in kitchens, better use caution. Never been shot, but done plenty walk ups, mind righteous since big pop departed.

  • @Sun6Tzu

what was the purpose of that^^ lol

  • @RKG5A5 For fun brother, spit some lines, ain't just about crime. It's all about what's on your mind.

  • @Sun6Tzu

Based on what you have written, I'm presuming that you haven't listened thoroughly to NaS & Damien Marley's "Distant Relatives" collaborative album? He has a profound respect for the Nation of Islam, especially Louis Farrakhan for whom he dedicated "Untitled" on one of his albums. He's evolved as a human being and rapper from his days of "Hate Me Now" to a more socially-conscious emcee which is self-evident in his latest body of work (i.e. the socio-religious and political themes).

  • @haroonkhaleel Just like Nas is in 2pac's shadow. Damien is in Bob Marley's shadow. Both are simple trying to chase the fame the originals had. You have to really be real about caring about the struggle. Both these kids, don't understand what that is. They only dream about it. RIP 2pac, fuck this fake prophet stunt Nas is trying to pull. All the real niggas see thru that shit.

  • @Sun6Tzu

I respect your opinion and understand where you're coming from; however, I think for me or you to judge Damien's or NaS's sincerity about struggle is a bit difficult unless we're in their shoes. Damien and his brothers all have a passion for the music and Jamaica like their father. Tupac was a revolutionary but many came before him--Public Enemy, KRS-One, Rakim, Gang Starr and a whole host of other influential rappers. Pac and NaS were good friends,I'm sure he rubbed off on NaS. Peace

  • @Sun6Tzu

NaS got into the game really early since he was so precocious as a kid. Pac was more aggressive and NaS, at least in my perspective, has been more of an intellectual. I think the Don Killuminati album was pretty deep, but so was Untitled. Comparing artists is kind of like apples and oranges. Just like Pac has influenced a whole generation of rappers, so has NaS...like he said, "Name a rapper that I ain't influenced."

    Peace

  • @haroonkhaleel The only reason I am hating on Nas is the fact that he bites 2pac's image more and more. Nas is not a original rapper. Without 2pac, Nas wouldn't know what to be. At least Jay was original.

  • @Sun6Tzu

I think the opposite is true. When NaS was made "I Am..." and even "Nastradamus", he had that wannabe-thug image that the label pushed on him. Now, he's finding his own niche. I don't think think Jay-Z was original because the whole hustling, mafioso, and drug-dealing theme was best pioneered by

Raekwon's "Only Built for Cuban Linx" which both NaS and Jay-Z modeled after with "It Was Written" and "Reasonable Doubt". Even cats like Lupe, Jay Electronica, and Drake pay homage to Nasir.

  • @Sun6Tzu

Also, Jay-Z did try to be like Biggie especially with the whole Iceberg Slim persona, flashy lifestyle, and occasional biting of his rhymes. Don't get me wrong, I'm one of the biggest Jay-Z fans around, but I keep "The Blueprint" right next to "Stillmatic" in my car's CD changer.

  • @haroonkhaleel I threw both those CD's in the garbage years ago. How we praise these two clowns after 2pac died? What shame rap fans have become.

  • @Sun6Tzu

nas sounds nothing like tupac. the only thing you can say nas got from tupac was the tat on the stomach. which has nothing to do with rap. there are many MCs better than pac, nas is one of them. and honestly, even though jigga talks about material stuff a lot, he's a better lyricist than pac.

  • @RelaxednCaIm Material stuff is not real. There is no rapper who is more real than 2pac. He actually cared about the struggle, Nas, JayZ and whoever else nowadays does not even match up in quality to what 2pac rapped about and what he represented.

  • @Sun6Tzu

oh please, i hear people say that all the time. i can name 5 rappers who are easily realer than tupac.

plus, other rappers have touched deeper subjects than pac.

  • @RelaxednCaIm Name them. I garuntee you that 2pac is more relavent today than any of the 5 you name.

  • @Sun6Tzu

i'm not talking about relevance. but thats a good way of getting out of me proving you wrong i guess.

  • @RelaxednCaIm Prove me wrong please, I hate being right all the time. This is the only reason I live for.

  • @Sun6Tzu

LOL (right all the time), u haven't been right since you've posted on this video.

  • @RelaxednCaIm So you gonna prove me wrong, or hate for the sake of being a loser?

  • @Sun6Tzu

talib, mos def, common, black thought, pharohe monch, tragedy khadafi etc are all realer than pac.

  • @RelaxednCaIm Lol, all the artists you listed are just artists who use vocab as their main selling point. None are as well known as 2pac. Almost everyone can find a 2pac song they can understand and vibe. The reason for this is simple because 2pac identifies with the struggle. It's what he represents. Vocab is good, but if you have nothing interesting to say in content. Your just talking about wiping your ass with nice vocab.

  • @Sun6Tzu

i have no problem understanding any of hose artists. never heard a pac song as real as blackstar's theives in the night.

  • @RelaxednCaIm I understand their music, I listen to it as well, it's more of a 2pac PG version for kids. 2pac spoke on a level that people like me can see. The song you showed me just reflects the slave master to the slave effect that they have on society. It's on a more one dimensional distant side of view that doesn't really allow the listener to reflect it to themselves in their own shoes. You have to see the song on a philosopher's view.

  • @Sun6Tzu

can't reflect it to themselves in their own shoes? lol. aka, you just like tupac more than them. if you can't relate to "theives in the night" than you're not from the streets or know nobody from the streets. pg version for kids? because it breaks down society in more detail than pac ever did with out foul language? lmao. the majority of pac songs are average lyricism with low detail and a lot of emo over sappy glossy beats.

  • @RelaxednCaIm Sorry to break it to you kid, but the streets are not polite, their foul nasty and unforgiving. 2pac is understood by people because he was one of the people. Your arrogant attitude to believe you are better than others due to the fact that you listen to a more philosophical view on less aggressive lyrics is dangerous for you. You could not walk down my block with that attitude and last one night here. This is one of the main reason's I leave my better speech pattern at home.

  • @Sun6Tzu

nothings wrong with aggressive lyrics... this very song has agressive lyrics. as long as they are talented. when did i say anyting about me being better? i'm saying despite them not using foul language, they have better written lyrics in that song than any pac song. one of my favorite rappers is kool g rap, more agressive than pac ever was, and a much greater lyricist. lol @ side tracking. pac isn't all that.

  • @RelaxednCaIm It sounds like you listen to rap and hiphop for a while. I've stopped for a while because there are enough wannabe rappers in my hood. All I have to do is go down the street during dinner time to grab their mixtapes and smoke a dub if I want. Honestly alot of these kids out here have better music than what the mainstream has. But none of them will ever make it the same way the mainstream does. But I know for certain that 2pac is always around. Those other 5? Not so much.

  • @Sun6Tzu

well, those other 5 didn't sign to the biggest record company in 96 and die at the commercial hight of their careers.

  • @RelaxednCaIm That's not why people listen to pac. It's his lyrics, the beats never were important in his music. It's always been his words and his voice. You can just hear the passion in his voice when he spoke. He actually cared about his words. He didn't speak for money or for anything else, just to educate and lead the people. RIP 2pac.

  • @Sun6Tzu

pac didn't rap for money? so why did he brag about album sales and flash his money then?

  • @RelaxednCaIm See when poor don't got money most of their life. When they finally get it, they want the whole world to know that they no longer poor. Do you realize how much fucking money and materials are flashed in our eyes OUR WHOLE FUCKING LIVES BY EVERYONE ELSE. Like straight up, you niggas keep counting your money on the street like that, BELIEVE I'M KILL TO GET IT. BELIEVE I NEED IT MORE THAN YOU DO. Pac's first music never talked about money. Money corrupts people, pac spoke & proved it.

  • @Sun6Tzu

nigga shut up, you on a computer with internet talking about you need money more than others.lol

quit trying to explain things about cash being low, i live in an urban area.

  • @RelaxednCaIm I don't give a fuck where you live. I ain't got enough money to give, my brother's got a kid that I gotta pay for. All my homies need bail money. I'm paying rent still, and we ain't got a property in our name. The bills keep coming, and my niggas keep giving me excuses. I'm have to rob one of my connects real soon if I don't get paper. I didn't wanna do it again. But I don't give a fuck bout them, they drug dealers. They knew the riskes when they choose their career.

  • Why don't you open up your ears and mind and consider the fact that other people have different opinions than you. Your gripping on to this idea that Pac has some Messiah-Like Status about him. I hate to tell you, but he's just a man like everyone else. And for you, someone who respects and admires someones music as much as you do, it's a shame to see you spew blind hatred towards another mans life and career. You got a hard life, but thats the way it is. It aint gunna help to get mad kill it

  • @bblvdOG I don't give a fuck if niggas like Nas. Nigga's don't play that shit when I'm in the car. I'll toss them out of the car like I tossed Nas CD out. Ain't not fake niggas repping the hood like me and my homies. Any of my homies get smacked the fuck out for talking about Nas around me. I clashed and bashed too many rap fans in lock down. They put me on 7:30. But I don't give a fuck, ya'll niggas ain't corrupting me with your materialistic bullshit. FUCK NAS AND FUCK YOU NIGGAS.

  • Wake up . I'm out. No need arguing with people live in an alternate reality. Use your eyes and your brain. One

  • @bblvdOG Okay Brandon who lives in Portland, Oregon. I will use my eyes and brain. One life.

  • @Sun6Tzu If you realize, hip-hop all together is poetry with a beat. It is supposed to be viewed in a philisophical way. That's why there are messages in Hip-Hop. But Nas and Tupac are completely different rappers, don't get me wrong, i like both. But you're the retarted one for coming onto a youtube page; complaining about how hard your life is, when nobody really cares because this is the internet. If you don't like Nas, i do not know why you are here in the first place

  • @scaroni39 2pac is the realest, Fuck this fake ass nigga Nas.

  • @Sun6Tzu

hell yeah, ballerina gangters are the realest

    pac forever!!!

  • @RelaxednCaIm Clown niggas for life.

  • @Sun6Tzu

all the realest gangstas in america squat in dance class!!!

    thug life!!!!!

  • @RelaxednCaIm Of course homie, I told her this move was taught to me when I was getting arrested.

  • @o0OPrimeSuspectO0o Paranoid song for a paranoid world trying to go over bodies to hide it. I find it fitting. Still happy someone does it. and not just anyone, its NaS oldschool legend, and highly intelligent. Respect this man, most people dream to stand where he does. N He still hasnt sold out fully. hes still repping the real streets. its why Jay-Z lost n went mainstream. Happy we have the stronger one at our side :)

  • "A message to those who killed the king,

    who murdered the Christ

    The same regime,

what God has Built you never can break,

what God has loved you never can hate"

    now that's true poetry...

  • NAS is fo real and will always be. He is the meaning to hip hop Thumbs up for NAS

  • I love this line: "And they're aware of us though, and we don't give a FLYING SEVEN FORTY SEVEN FUCK THOUGH, stayin on my hustle!"

  • dat was crazii

  • Big Pop? It's Big/Pac. Since "big/pac" departed...

  • @Illuztrious it's big pop

  • you people are fucking stupid if you dont understand what the fucking message of this song is. LOOK AT THE FUCKING TITLE

  • And we don't give a flying 747 fuck though, stayin on my hustle

    Best ever Nas

  • you devils will run into the caves you came from/...

    whats that mean????

  • @oneitasee talking about white people(cave men) they came from the caves of the caucus mountains thats why they're called caucasians

  • @FreePoony ha thats funny, cuz they were called that because the most beautiful people came from that area, according to the guy who came up with it

  • this is some good ole music, funky as hell

  • may yo pain be champagne then we all blaze away

  • amen to that

  • Pour some juice out for those in Manchester BEAUMONT Otisville LEWISBURG Fort Dix Fort Worth Oakdale...

  • he's talking bout the FED, anyway the fed is ruled by a majority whites.. and i think he went deeper into the secrect societies...

  • this song is deep

  • Comment removed

  • 1.20 - thats so like 2pac was.

2pac how can we forget him!

even now in 2009 - he still is deep.

  • how is 1.20 like 2pac

  • its like tupac rapped in 1991 on the track Soulja's Story - check it out. also there is another pac track it reminds me of! i'll dig it out!

  • No wonder NaS is hitting on Jews in this track- they caused the war in Iraq, 9/11(flying7-47) and many other things through the fact they are controlling the finances of US

  • one of his best songs

  • nas is the fuckin man

  • i still fuck wit nas he in my top five but after gods son he stop releasin that shit like he did off illmatic and it was written that hood project shit

  • Hard Shit )

  • yes.. thats aimed @the jews.. but i dont know if hes a mason.. i dont put my life on that.. but its obvious hes very positive.. hes done much for hip hop.. n with his movements.. with damian marley etc

  • Nas is very much a Freemason, not to mention he doesn't like Jews. It's pretty obvious, but this particular song says, "a message to those who killed the king, who murdered the Christ, the same regime....you just a ruthless dog, your kennel is waiting"....

That's aimed at the Jews, believe it or not...up to you.

  • good fuck the jews

  • It's not aimed at the Jews, it's aimed at white folks in general. "a message to those who killed the King(Dr. Martin Luther King that is), who murdered the Christ, the same regime" refers to whites in general. Rome had control over Israel and it was under roman authority that Christ was killed. Rome was in Europe and Europeans are white. Nas believes that blacks are the true hebrews, as referenced in God's Son: "we are lost children of Israel in this western world region." He's ill

  • @rayray4086 your right he is talking bout the whites, and if you read the whole bible caefully it proves jesus and his people were black.

  • i agree with you but i think it's deeper than that...when he speaks says "they're aware of us tho.." and speaks about them hating/going against what God loves, also calling them devils and saying he knows THEY'RE watching us...i think it's deeper than what it appears to be and i hope u know what i mean. listen to the intro

  • yea you gat a point of view...

  • wot the fuk are u on about u mong, he's on about the feds you thick fuks. try listening to his album an then try explaining it all again u silly bellends, none of you know shit bout nas,

  • we know what the song is about, we're analyzing a specific line.

  • True man but listen it ain't the white folks you see it's the white folks you DON'T see...

  • i dont know if hes a mason but it doesnt make sense especially after the nigger album to much knowledge on that album but anyway hes talking about white people because they came from the caves and lost their pigmentations and make laws and destroy freedom with democratic slavery

  • @guyanacologist sick shit

  • The Jews didn't kill Christ nor did they kill Martin Luther King, the Caucasians in power did, and that's who he's referencing.

  • daaamn

  • "And they aware of us doe. But we don't give a flying 7-47 fuck doe."

    Daaamn. Nasty went in

  • Hitchcock of Hip-Hop since Big Pop derparted.

  • nas took lil keke's style on the second verse from the second verse on "pimp the pen"

  • Wrong. He improvised on that shit.

  • you're in denial.

  • nah it sounds more like pac's flow on soulja's story on 2pacalypse now, the beat even sounds the same, but regardless they're both great records

  • the beat i agree with. it is the same bassline sample..but the flow is jacked...pac wasnt double timing his flow..nas got that from keke off "pimp the pen"

  • my favorite intro

  • Nas is the realest.

  • ill song, nasty nas, NYC!

  • krs one silly

nas would release anything with a snare

  • what you mean big homie?

  • He means Nas beat selection is trash.

  • No ! Very very good ! :D .. Its better than just always taking boring banger beats.. Good with variations--

  • Nas at his best only a small handful of rappers compare.

  • nas is referring to the Illuminati fuckers who killed Christ Tupac and all the people who stood in their way.

The enemies of god are Freemasons who worship the devil.

  • freemasons? naw man not really

the dudes talking about all those who stand in the way of human freedom, who continue to build up social and ethnic barriers - mainly those in power. theres a lot less of them than there are of us but they make the laws and attempt to take away our God given rights and land

  • The group that continues the "suprastructure" as defined by Marx, there about 100,00 of them in the world, they have created global exploitation and they ar the reason why 2 billion people are hungry today, who the fuck needs billions or even milliuons of dollars? we could all probably live off of a couple hundred dollars a year, if we took advantage of technology such as solar power and wind power, but you cant sell the sun so it won't happen unless we make it happen.

  • U watched Zeitgeist didnt you?

  • That's pretty much who he's talking about . . . not all but several freemasons are secretly satanists who support the Bavarian Illuminati and other eugenic cults. The Illuminati was carefully grafted onto Freemasonry, like a tumor, and it spread through lodges during the enlightenment when freedom of brotherhood and cult were on the horizon. Humanism is what allowed such megalomaniac psychopaths to attain such power, and it is the only thing that will give that power back to the common man.

  • not really

  • your right Tupac is the best

  • pac is not better then nas or biggie

  • This is Real Hip and rap Not 50 Cent

  • No one can tell the facts of how the police are corrupt, better than Nas can.

  • this is one of my favourite songs- the lyrics, the beat... its just so raw

all that new synthetic hiphops great for parties but you where would we be without the greats like 2pac, big, nas

  • nas is the best my favorite line is my haircut looks airbrush and we don't give a flying 747 fuck though staying on my hustle really deep

  • wats 7-47?

  • A plane

    google 747

  • @vridaw what s you devils will run into the caves you came from allude too?

    thanks
