All of the Ronnie Milsap songs are great, blows my mind and brings me back to when I was a kid and my mom would be cleaing the house and listening and when I was too young to appreciate this great music.
@MrShannon1124 I do apologize for not using apostrphes correctly... and kindly thank you for the constructive criticism... glad you enjoy the song, thanks for listening .. and have a wonderful day ....dodybelle :-)
From his "Greatest Hits" cassette, and it stands out from the rest in 2 ways. This is a psychedillic rock-influenced recording (someone else on another video (what happened to it?) thought it sounded like the Beatles' "Octopus's Garden;" oh well) when the rest were either more challenging ballads or closer to pure country, and it didn't top the Billboard country chart, falling just short at #2. The cassette is among his best works! I hope these videos stay!
@dbelleburr Someone else posted this song on YouTube before, and something happened to it. I'm just saying because sometimes, videos get deleted for one reason or another (for example, lazydaysleeper posted many videos of Ronnie Milsap songs before his account got suspended; I'm not saying that will happen to you, it's just that not everyone's as fortunate to have their videos stay). I think your videos are here to stay, but some of the others? ...Not so much, sadly.
@CharlieAndRonnie Oh ok, well I hope my account doesnt get suspended for any reaon. I have 158 videos so far and soo many more to do. I do worry about getting in trouble for the Ronnie Milsap uploads, but oh well, I got tired of not finding the songs on here that I wanted and the ones I did find had post from people asking for songs to be posted. and that is how all of this started. Also, there were many of the same songs reposted, and only the big hits and a few obsures.
One of my all-time favorite Ronnie Milsap songs. Such a great voice, one filled with pure emotion and connection to whatever he sang about. Thanks for the memories.

I love this song, but the person who posted the lyrics does not know how to use apostrophes.
