@turna7prod You can scissor out the image you want to keep with your scissor tool, then right click>Select>Invert>CTRL X then clean it up with the eraser. Or you can do it the way i like which is a bit more complicated but IMO works better...Use your free select tool in a rough outline of the image you want to keep, Select it and then, right click>Edit>Copy, then you paste it, delete the original layer (This gives you a transperant background) Then clean it with a fuzzy brush eraser.

On Photobucket, go to sandddyyy222's profile and there will be a PNG of the Stars Stock photo, in less quality, but the original file is broken, so if you're desperate it's better than nothing. And, you get to skip the rotation and erasing steps! How convenient. If you were allowed to post a URL, I would, but it won't let me. Make sure it's on full size when you save it, or else you'll have to enlarge it, which would make it even less quality. ^^
