Actually i owned colonies on my 360, but i sold that to pay for my PS3 when MGS4 came out. Great game but the multiplayer MGO is kinda lame, i loved Lost planet's multiplayer to death, nothing like swatting your freinds into the snow as an Akrid.
Oh i hear ya, Konami should have just used the PSN instead of making their own little bug filled servers. Lag is one of the major issues ive encountered.
yeah instead of making you sign up to Konami so you can create game id and so you can do who knows what else to play MGO they should use PSN id but still Metal Gear Solid 4 was masterful

ive got both consoles 360 and ps3 they are both great but 360 is more fun in terms of online play. I love my ps3 also and have mgs4 recently but did'nt think it was that great. gow2 coming to 360 cant wait i hope killzone2 will be just as good. i hope ps3 will have more content and utilise all its power over the next year. I think at the momment 360 has it but lets see.
don't worry it takes a few days to get used to without getting killed ever two mins but after that its amazing. (learn ground fighting before you go in the warhawks). On the 27 the next patch comes out adding more etures (Its free and mandatory) and it will include a tutorial.

I had a Wii and it got old very fast,with the horrible graphics,and childish games,PS3 is the way to go. sure its expensive but it is definitely worth it.
