@WarriorsCentral I don't know if the band made this song explicitly for the game, but it's the main theme for Megaman X8, so I think it could be inferred as a reference to the good guys not hurting humans.

It makes the most sense to me to take the entire song as a sort of Maverick creed. Once that mindset is applied, the idea of rising up and casting off your chains, as well as that line make more sense. Of course a Maverick would think their trials are insurmountable - IF they don't attack humans.
(The "responsibility" line is a mistranslation based on osoikakari being taken as two words - osoikakaru is something along the lines of "to attack", whereas kakari alone relates to duty.)
I think the translation was a bit too literal on the whole 'get naked' part. A more accurate choice of words would be to 'strip down', or 'strip away' perhaps. 'Hadaka' can also mean 'bare', which could mean 'to bare yourself'. It fits in with the rest of the lyrics as far as the whole 'wildness within' and letting loose concept goes.
Basically, rather than meaning that you should take off your clothes, it means to strip away the surface, or baring what's beneath.
