I have them all but I want to know how to unlock "oh it breaks the heart" achievement

To get the "Oh It Break the Heart" Achievement. Simply smash 20 objects over enemies heads. I find the best level to do this on "Into the mountains". All I do is stay in the bar smashing chairs over the enemies head. Do not kill the guy in the black suit. If you do the enemies eventually stop coming, =]
